Building Stronger Neighborhoods. Creating Better Housing Opportunities.

Through the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing, Augusta is bringing together residents, community leaders, housing professionals, and partners to develop locally driven housing solutions.

Our Focus: Turpin Hill

Turpin Hill has been selected as the pilot neighborhood for Augusta’s GICH revitalization effort.

Working with residents and community partners, the initiative seeks to improve housing conditions, strengthen neighborhood assets, and encourage investment.
